At Swanwick Sleep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sleep-enhancing eyewear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place your glasses and any included accessories back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
